Our dispute resolution services are primarily mediation-oriented and draw on our multilingual and cross-cultural background. We work with in-house mediators from the CPG’s Mediation Center (CMC) — all qualified under the International Mediation Institute (IMI) standard — as well as with associated experts from leading mediation institutions in Asia. Whether pre-emptive or reactive, our interventions focus on sustainable outcomes, strategic alignment, and the preservation of professional relationships.
