Since its establishment in 2009, CPG has been directly involved in the design, implementation, and evaluation of a wide range of national, regional, and international programs. This sustained engagement across different institutional settings informs our evaluation work with a practical understanding of how programs are conceived, governed, financed, and delivered.

Evaluations are conducted to support accountability and decision-making. Depending on the mandate, reviews examine program logic and goal achievement, governance and implementation arrangements, and financial planning. Governance & Implementation Review

Analytical reviews of governance, management, and implementation arrangements to identify structural strengths, weaknesses, and delivery constraints. The focus is on roles and responsibilities, decision-making processes, coordination mechanisms, and factors affecting effective implementation.

Evaluation Design & Advisory

Advisory support for the design and preparation of evaluation frameworks and assessment approaches. This includes the development of evaluation designs, theories of change, indicators, and Terms of Reference, as well as support for internal or external evaluation processes.
