On November 21, a delegation representing the newly formalized consortium between CPG, its corporate arm Dynamic Minds (DM), and its strategic partner The Keystone Group Global had the pleasure of meeting with Angkana Tepprasertwangsa, President of the Thai Listed Companies Association, and Nintira Abhisinha, Board of Committee Member and Secretary of the Climate Change Institute of The Federation of Thai Industries (FTI).
Our discussion focused on key developments across Thailand’s evolving ESG and sustainability-compliance landscape. These included the expected introduction of ISSB-aligned disclosure requirements, the growing need for consistent and verifiable ESG data, and the increasing importance of supply-chain-wide compliance, particularly for companies integrated into international value chains.
The conversation also touched on emerging thematic areas such as the circular economy, biodiversity-related expectations, and sector-specific ESG obligations, which are becoming increasingly relevant for both domestic policy agendas and global market-access conditions.
These exchanges supported a shared understanding of the opportunities and challenges faced by Thai companies — from listed entities to SMEs — as ESG expectations continue to expand. They also underscored areas where the DM–CPG–KSG consortium may be able to contribute expertise, including ESG readiness support, capacity building, governance and compliance system alignment, and strengthening the foundations needed for credible ESG performance and reporting.
We sincerely appreciate the constructive, forward-looking dialogue and look forward to continuing this engagement.
