Today, we were pleased to welcome Dr. Timo Menniken, Country Director for Thailand at the German Development Cooperation (GIZ), to our offices for a great conversation. Besides his role in Thailand, Dr. Menniken also serves as GIZ regional director for the Maldives, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, Singapore, and Sri Lanka.
