Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming Mr. Luyen Thai Lam, First Secretary at the Vietnamese Embassy in Bangkok, and his successor, Mr. Tran Tat Hai. We warmly thank Mr. Luyen for maintaining contact and supporting our exchanges with the Vietnamese Embassy over the past years, and we look forward to continuing this engagement with Mr. Tran.
