At the kind invitation of H.E. Peter Lan, Representative of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Thailand, representatives of CPG recently joined a dinner that brought together H.E. Kasit Piromya, former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand and Senior Research Fellow at CPG, and CPG Director Henning Glaser.

The evening provided an opportunity for a wide-ranging discussion on current geopolitical developments and the evolving dynamics of Taiwan–Thailand relations, including prospects for further strengthening economic cooperation and deepening people-to-people ties.

Participants in the discussion also included Dr. Duc Quang Ly of CPG, Liz Haorong Wang and Wang Hanyi of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Thailand, as well as Prae Piromya.
