In all our training programs, we seek to combine technical skills with knowledge and values in the most beneficial way.

This training course enhances the participants’ practical and political skills with regard to the drafting of legal sources as regulations and major legislation. The course is particularly suitable for lawmakers and professionals in legal drafting institutions such as councils of state, parliaments, or ministries of justice, but also for political party members interested in advancing their legislative skills.

The aim of the course is to combine legal knowledge with practical drafting skills while deepening the participants’ understanding of the options and limits of legal drafting. Training is conducted with a view to the legal constraints of domestic, foreign, and international law as well as of political considerations and realities.

This training course has been conducted for Southeast Asian lawmakers commissioned by the ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (AIPA).

Cross-Cultural Management, Communication and Compliance in Thailand

Our training on cross-cultural communication, management and compliance in Thailand enhances the participants’ understanding and skills of cross-cultural issues in Thailand. Depending on the needs of our audiences, the training can be adjusted to different levels and for different applications.

The training courses address in particular diplomats and business people who are active in Thailand and focusing either on communication, management, or compliance issues in Thailand. Concurrently, we also offer courses on cross-cultural compliance in Europe, America, Russia, and the Middle East for Thai officials, diplomats, and business people.

Courses with a communication focus aim to develop cultural sensitivity. They integrate a self-assessment process into the training, and convey skills and knowledge to effectively understand and appropriately convey messages. In order to effectively lead others in the process of self-reflection and change, participants examine their paradigms regarding interculturally sensitive issues such as gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, generational differences, as well as other cultural factors such as socio-economic background and international experiences.

Successful participants are enabled to seize the opportunities in foreign environments and/or in culturally diverse teams, and to actively implement strategies that underscore the importance of self-awareness and synergy among all employees. Participants are trained to foresee various cultural sensitivity issues and preemptively put procedures and training in place to avoid unnecessary stress and workplace tension.

These issues are especially important in our courses with a management focus, where we also try to enhance the ability to discover and handle team and leadership dynamics resulting from cross-cultural encounters. Even more specific are our cross-cultural compliance trainings dealing with how to operate cross-culturally in the given legal frameworks.
