Henning Glaser

Head
Henning has been intensively involved in various aspects of governance and compliance through his practice as a lawyer and consultant, as well as in research and teaching as a research fellow at the University of Münster (Institute for Mining and Energy Law, later Institute for European and German Corporate Law) and Thammasat University.
He is an advisor to the Compliance Academy (Berlin) and an active member of the German Institute for Compliance (DICO) in the working groups ESG Governance and Human Rights. Henning regularly advises corporate clients, NGOs, and international organizations on issues of ESG governance and compliance and cross-cultural compliance.

Lucas Meier

Deputy Head
Lucas has particularly focused on cross-cultural communication and ESG compliance and is an active member of the German Institute for Compliance in the working groups ESG Governance and Human Rights. Lucas coordinates the CGCH partner and stakeholder network.
