Inquiries
The CPG’s Mediation Center (CMC) pursues a comprehensive approach to mediation, blending academic insights with practical expertise. Our activities encompass the actual resolution of conflicts, informing policy, fostering dialogue, and building capacity for effective conflict resolution.
We advocate for mediation as a forward-thinking, time- and cost-efficient alternative to litigation or arbitration, prioritizing the preservation of relationships and empowering parties to steer the process and outcome.
At CMC, the focus of our activities extends in particular to international and cross-cultural disputes, ESG multi-stakeholder engagement, supply chain compliance, and the resolution of political conflicts.
