CPG’s Constitutional Law and – Politics/ Human Rights Hub (CCHH), in collaboration with the Asian Governance Foundation (AGF), is scheduling an upcoming seminar titled “Citizens at the Center: Open Justice, Participation, and Accountability in Practice — Insights from Costa Rica and Thailand”, scheduled on January 22, 2026, at the Faculty of Law, Thammasat University (Tha Prachan Campus).

The seminar will focus on practical tools to boost participation and accountability in Open Justice initiatives, such as user-friendly information and digital engagement formats. It will showcase successful experiences from Costa Rica, a leader in this field, and Thailand, which aims to join the Open Government Partnership. Additionally, it will emphasize the role of civil society organizations and legal aid providers as key intermediaries that promote transparency and assist citizens in navigating justice systems.
