Many thanks to Gunther Krichbaum, Member of the German Parliament, Dr. Carsten Buchholz, Head of MP Krichbaum’s Office, Dr. Sineenat Sermcheep, the Faculty of Economics, Chulalongkorn University and Dr. Thanyaporn Krichtitayawuth, Executive Director at UN-Global Compact Network Thailand, for their invaluable insights at today’s roundtable discussion “Strengthening Economic Security: European and Southeast Asian Perspectives on Navigating the New Normal in Global Supply Chains.” The four panelists vividly discussed the latest developments in global supply chains and explored measures and strategies adopted in Europe/Germany and Southeast Asia/Thailand aimed at mitigating risks of supply chain disruptions and strengthening supply chain resilience.

The event was jointly organized by CPG, the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Thailand, and the Asian Governance Foundation on March 27, 2024, at Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 24.
