On 29 August 2016, CPG in cooperation with The Rights Practice, United Kingdom, arranged the workshop “Legal Reform in China – Developments Achievements, and Prosspects”. Against the background of the ongoing process of legal reform in China since the 1980s the participants of the workshop discussed recent developments and achievements as well as future prospects of the reform efforts in China, with a focus of criminal law and criminal procedure law.
