Event Organization & Facilitation
Professional Events, Institutional Dialogues & Collaborative Processes
Drawing on more than fifteen years of experience, CPG develops, organizes, and facilitates professional and institutional events, dialogues, and collaborative processes. Depending on the mandate, our work may include concept and content preparation, stakeholder, speaker, and participant engagement, process design, logistics and operations, facilitation and moderation, documentation, and follow-up.
These services may be commissioned individually or combined within a broader assignment. Where relevant, event organization and facilitation may also be combined with services from CPG’s Executive Education or Dispute Settlement & Negotiation Support portfolios. The precise combination is defined by the purpose and requirements of the assignment.
